Hello, I'm male, and have sometimes been ugly grains in my back, I wash with olive oil soap, of course, but nothing happens, any advice?

Not much to get rid of pimples. You could ask your doctor for some of Accutane (pills) that could help.
try Tazorac ® (tazarotene) Cream
Try the product called Acne Free Walmart or Sam's Club. There is a wash, toner and repair cream that is safe for the back, chest and face. must use the whole system together. I cleared within 2 weeks, leading to little or no irritation. This is a regime to be the better, would not stick to return the problem. It is cheaper ..... in Sam's Club More money than anywhere else.
My brothers have the same problem. I gave them to try Murad Acne Body Wash to win. They used a month, and they say it works. It has a slight odor, but not to all women and can be easily hidden with Cologne. It's a bit expensive, but worth it. You can buy it online or in stores like Sephora and Bath & Body Works.
Olive oil soap moisturizes the skin .. u should not ur back u should moisture to dry until all dry grains and fall
U can get help at a pharmacy in your area .. Look for products that dry beans .. All of these products
